Dosing Information
Microdosing for the first time? Take your first and second doses on days with an open schedule and limited responsibilities. This is to help you safely gauge how your mind and body respond to the blend. Take mental notes about the way you feel, such as changes to your mood and response to your surroundings. As you feel comfortable, you can start microdosing on a normal schedule.
Typically people microdose 2 to 3 times per week with two days between microdoses to prevent tolerance build-up. However, it’s completely normal to adopt a schedule that works best for you and your needs. The most common dosing cycles include:
- 1 dose per day for 4 days followed by a 3 day break
- 1 dose per day for 5 days followed by a 2 day break
- 1 dose followed by a 2 day break, repeat.
